Thank you for choosing FORMAVYN FITNESS! If something isn’t right with your order, contact us at formavynfitness@gmail.com.

30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with any original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Items may be tried on briefly to check sizing and fit but must not be worn for workouts or regular use, washed, or damaged. Returns must be free of sweat, odors, stains, and signs of wear.

Contact us with your order number before returning anything. We will provide instructions once your return is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any return exclusions will be stated on the product listing before purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If photos cannot show the defect, please send a short video.

For approved damaged or defective claims, you may choose:

A free replacement, including shipping, without returning the original item

.A refund after returning the item. You pay return shipping unless applicable law requires us to cover it.

Damaged or defective items do not need to be unused or in their original packaging. If a replacement is unavailable, we will arrange a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
