FORMAVYN FITNESS Terms of Service

Welcome to FORMAVYN FITNESS! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders and Payments

Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information when placing an order. Payment is required before your order is shipped.

We may decline or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, unavailable products, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Products and Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and available delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an update and any cancellation or refund options required by law.

Please contact us if your order is missing or arrives with an issue.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to our Return Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing and contact us before returning any item.
